Do you need Toys?
Because of the time and effort associated with collecting and distributing toys, the Pirate Toy Fund cannot give out toys directly to individuals and families. Instead, we rely on our network of over 100 agencies that provide aid and comfort to children in need in the Greater Rochester region.
Program Partners
We provide toys to our network of program partners: area non-profits, hospitals, schools, and other organizations who serve children in need. These agencies submit requests for the toys their clients need, and we fulfill the orders for pick-up by the agency.
Become a Program Partner
If your agency would like to become a program partner, please fill out our online Program Partner Application Form. Please note:
Applications are accepted and reviewed between February 1 and October 1.
Due to the heavy volume of requests, and the number of toys budgeted, we are unable to approve every request. However, every application is given careful consideration, and applicants will receive a response with our decision within 2 weeks after we receive the completed application.
