The Pirate Toy Fund relies on our relationships with businesses to acquire, transport, warehouse, and distribute thousands of toys each year to children in need throughout the Greater Rochester region. We would love to partner with you!

Monetary

Companies can donate cash in any amount, either as a one-time gift or ongoing. There are also sponsorship opportunities available at our multiple yearly events. Monetary donations help us to continue providing our programs and services free of charge without relying on government funding.

Sponsorship

Sponsor one of our signature annual events like the Carousel Derby, the Christie Simonetti Classic golf tournament, and the 13WHAM News Pirate Toy Fund Toy Drive.

In Kind

Companies can donate toys and services to help us enhance our programs or provide resources to offset costs of daily operational expenses.

Volunteering

Companies can provide volunteer opportunities for their employees. Spend a day as a company at our warehouse helping us with projects and tasks. Incentivize employees to take time to volunteer themselves.

Employee Giving

Companies can create giving programs for their employees by offering ways for the employees to donate portions of their paychecks with a company match, or create monthly giving days where employees can participate by giving a donation ie. a dress down day, pizza party, extra vacation day raffle, etc.

United Way

The Pirate Toy Fund participates in the Donor Designation program of the United Way. Our donor designation number is 2386. This is an easy way to make an impactful gift! During the United Way campaign at your workplace, just fill out the Donor Designation form and name Pirate Toy Fund (#2386) as the recipient of all or part of your donation. The only money that we receive is that which individuals like you choose to designate.
